Children’s Author
Usha is a retired Montessori teacher. She has used her teaching
experience in early years education to write illustrated children’s
stories that are both fun and educational. Story themes have been
influenced by Maria Montessori’s philosophy on educating children.
Usha lives in Queensland, Australia. She was educated in Africa,
India, and the UK.
She spent the first fourteen years of her life in Uganda. It was during
this time that she felt the need to understand the world she lived in,
which fed her love for reading, writing, dreaming, travelling and
ultimately becoming a teacher.
